Depending on your needs and goals, I combine them with meditation & breathing techniques, Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as EFT or Tapping), Yoga Nidra ("yogic sleep") and Do-In (Japanese self-massage) ̶ all very easy-to-learn techniques that once acquired can be rapidly used by yourself in complete autonomy.
